Hair questions
How often should I trim my hair?+
Every 8–12 weeks for most lengths. Blunt bobs and short cuts hold their shape best with a 6-week refresh.
Will colour damage my hair?+
We use ammonia-free colour with bond builders in every formula, and we strand-test fragile hair first. Most clients leave with hair feeling better than when they arrived.
Do I need to wash my hair before I come?+
No — arrive as you are. We include a proper cleanse and scalp check in every cut and colour service.
Can you fix a cut I got elsewhere?+
Usually, yes. Book a consultation first so we can assess length, layers and the most flattering correction plan.
