How far ahead should I book?+
Weekday slots are usually available within a few days; Saturdays fill two to three weeks out, so bridal and event bookings deserve an early call.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Life happens — just give us 24 hours notice and we'll move your appointment with no charge. No-shows may require a deposit next time.
Do you take walk-ins?+
For quick services like brow shaping or polish refreshes, yes when the chair is free. Cuts, colour and bridal work are by appointment only.
